The Immanuel Kant’s idea about the «moral low» in the man has found its
confirmation in the works of Russian genetic scientist Vladimir Pavlovich
Efroimsson (1908-1989). The basic idea of the presented work is the one about
genetic heredity of the moral, ethical and aesthetical personal foundations. A
man is inborn a moral creature, in his genetic fund there are not only the
potential ability for a thinking but also the one for distinguish between Good
and Evil. This ability have equally all the children from birth, but it could be
either developed or ruined by the environment, arguments the author, regarding
the principal role of early childhood’s impressions. In addition to the
scientific material the book offers different historical, sociological and
ethnological examples.
The work is directed first of all to the experts – biologists, psychologists,
teachers, but thanks to a popular explanation the book could be interesting for
the large public – for example for parents who wish to understand the motives
and the peculiarities oh the children’s behaviour.

to a Sustainable World.
Translated from English – Moscow: Taidex Co,
2004.
Macroshift is the author’s notion for the fundamental transformation of the

problems caused of globalisation and ecological crisis or find the right
solution of the present situation. Macroshift is an inevitable transformation of
the whole living structure of the mankind in the near future. This book combines
the admiration with the inner unity of the world, the futurological prognosis
and the sensible analysis of the ways of the managed evolution.
The author’s approach consists not only in the analyzing of the future forecast
methods, but also contains ideas of the future formation on the basic of modern
managing principles. These ideas are in many aspects according to approach of
N.N.Moisseev. The author’s approach is based on the idea, that we should not
resist the changes but use the power of the contemporary processes for the
necessary transformation.
